33 Clinics. Paper Charts. Zero Digital Continuity.

Care Laser is Israel's premier aesthetic clinic chain — 33 branches, 50+ doctors, 400 staff. But behind the modern treatments was an analog operating system. Patient records lived in paper charts. Appointments required phone calls. And when a patient visited a different branch, their history didn't travel with them.

One Platform, Three Experiences

Tokidoc isn't one app — it's an ecosystem. We designed three distinct but interconnected experiences: a medical portal that gives clinical teams total control over patient care, a patient application that makes healthcare feel as intuitive as online banking, and a video consultation system that brings the clinic into the patient's living room.

Every component shares the same data layer, the same design language, and the same commitment to accessibility. A doctor's note during a video call appears instantly in the patient's app. A lab result uploaded to the EMR shows up in the clinical cockpit. Nothing falls through the cracks — because Tokidoc was designed as one platform from day one.

Face-to-face medical consultations with integrated call controls, screen sharing, and real-time note-taking. Every session is automatically documented in the patient's treatment file.

Patient Journey Tracker

An interactive timeline from appointment booking through treatment completion — including follow-ups, medical recommendations, and continuity documentation. The patient always knows where they are in their care journey.

Smart Queue Management

Multi-provider scheduling that adapts to doctor preferences, availability, and patient urgency. Reduces wait times and eliminates the double-booking chaos of manual scheduling.
