Care Laser is Israel's premier aesthetic clinic chain — 33 branches, 50+ doctors, 400 staff. But behind the modern treatments was an analog operating system. Patient records lived in paper charts. Appointments required phone calls. And when a patient visited a different branch, their history didn't travel with them.
- -33 clinics, zero digital continuity — Care Laser operated 33 branches with fragmented systems — paper charts, phone-based scheduling, and no unified patient record. Every visit started from scratch.
- -Doctors needed a cockpit, not a spreadsheet — Clinical teams managed treatment files, diagnoses, prescriptions, and follow-ups across disconnected tools. They needed a single command center that fits their actual workflow.
