A National Clinic Chain Running on Phone Calls

Care Laser is Israel's largest network of aesthetic and laser treatment clinics. With 33 branches, approximately 50 doctors, and hundreds of technicians, they serve a massive patient base across the country. But scheduling an appointment meant one thing: picking up the phone. That model couldn't scale, couldn't reduce no-shows, and couldn't give patients the self-service experience they expect from every other app on their phone.

  • -Phone-only bookingHundreds of thousands of patients across 33 branches could only schedule appointments by calling. Long hold times, limited hours, and no visibility into available slots meant patients were being lost before they ever walked in.
  • -No patient self-serviceTreatment history, upcoming appointments, and clinic information were locked inside internal systems. Patients had no way to manage their own care journey, and staff fielded the same questions over and over.

Integrate, Don't Replace

Globalbit designed and built a complete hybrid mobile self-service app for Care Laser: a cross-platform app where patients browse available appointments across all 33 branches, book treatments with a few taps, and manage their entire care journey from treatment history to reminders to direct clinic communication.

Instead of forcing a backend migration, we built the app to integrate directly with Care Laser's existing CRM and scheduling systems. Real-time sync prevents double bookings, gives clinic managers visibility into utilization, and means the entire 33-branch network runs on one coordinated platform. Patient-facing value in months — because we worked with what they already had.

A proximity-based branch finder shows patients the nearest clinics with open appointments for their specific treatment. Filters by day, time, and branch let patients find exactly what works across all 33 locations.

An interactive body silhouette lets patients select exactly which areas they want treated. The system maps selections to available treatments, calculates estimated session time, and pre-fills the booking. No back-and-forth calls about treatment specifics.
