A National Clinic Chain Running on Phone Calls
Care Laser is Israel's largest network of aesthetic and laser treatment clinics. With 33 branches, approximately 50 doctors, and hundreds of technicians, they serve a massive patient base across the country. But scheduling an appointment meant one thing: picking up the phone. That model couldn't scale, couldn't reduce no-shows, and couldn't give patients the self-service experience they expect from every other app on their phone.
- -Phone-only booking — Hundreds of thousands of patients across 33 branches could only schedule appointments by calling. Long hold times, limited hours, and no visibility into available slots meant patients were being lost before they ever walked in.
- -No patient self-service — Treatment history, upcoming appointments, and clinic information were locked inside internal systems. Patients had no way to manage their own care journey, and staff fielded the same questions over and over.
