Egged operates thousands of buses across hundreds of routes in Israel. Their mobile app was supposed to make public transit easier. Instead, it made it worse. 2.2 stars in the App Store. Broken navigation, inaccurate ETAs, constant crashes. Riders downloaded it, tried it once, and deleted it. The app was hurting the brand — and Egged needed a team that could turn it around fast.

  • -A 2.2-star app bleeding users — Egged's mobile app had brutal reviews, broken UX, and constant crashes. Riders hated it. Every bad review damaged the brand of Israel's national bus company.
